Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Current or eligible state licensure/certification in school psychology
• Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling skills
• Experience designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive school environment
• Previous experience working in K-12 settings is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and recommend intervention strategies tailored to individual students
• Support students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic growth through direct counseling and group sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Promote preventative interventions and positive behavior supports
• Provide crisis response and assist in developing safety protocols as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidential student records
