Job Description

Candidates will be required to adapt to a fast-paced production environment, focusing on packaging and organizing products after machinery completes each cycle. The role involves lifting and stacking products according to color.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Package and organize products after machinery completes each cycle.
• Lift and stack products according to color.
• Operate RF scanners and handle materials.
• Perform general production tasks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Engage in shipping and receiving duties.
• Operate machinery efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and general labor.
• Proficiency in packing and packaging.
• Skill in using RF scanners and material handling.
• Capability in general production activities.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Punctuality and a willingness to learn new processes.
• Steel toe shoes required.

Work Environment

The work environment is hot in the summers and heated in the winters. The position offers shift options with a 1st shift from 7am to 3pm, a 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, and a 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, with a $1 shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, MO.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
