PFI Instore is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Hazelwood, MO! If you enjoy keeping things organized, coordinating logistics, and making sure shipments get where they need to go on time, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in our daily operations by coordinating outgoing shipments, preparing orders, communicating with carriers, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and organize daily outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order quantities, shipping details, and documentation for accuracy.
• Schedule carrier pickups and communicate with transportation providers.
• Prepare bills of lading, shipping documents, and other necessary paperwork.
• Enter shipment information into shipping systems and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Inspect shipments to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and readiness for transport.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized shipping area.
• Assist with additional warehouse and shipping tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping software.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
• Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
