CJS Global is seeking a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence across the premium hospitality industry. This is a 100% new business development role focused on prospecting, hunting, and closing commercial cleaning contracts with high-end restaurants, bars, nightclubs, private clubs, hotels, and resorts.
Ideal candidates are proven B2B sales hunters or experienced hospitality leaders looking to transition from operations into sales while leveraging their industry knowledge and relationships. Success requires a relentless work ethic, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to high-volume, in-person prospecting.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting & New Business: Identify, cold-call, and conduct frequent in-person visits to prospective clients, engaging owners, chefs, general managers, and operations directors.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct facility walkthroughs, identify cleaning and sanitation needs, present tailored commercial cleaning solutions, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close new contracts.
- Territory Growth: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual new business and revenue targets.
- CRM & Accountability: Track daily prospecting activities, follow-ups, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Operational Handoff: Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to service kickoff.
This position is dedicated exclusively to new customer acquisition—not ongoing account management or account maintenance.
Qualifications- Proven success in hunter-style B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and closing new business. Commercial cleaning or facility services experience is a plus.
- Alternatively, 2+ years of leadership or management experience in high-volume restaurants, premium hotels, clubs, or resorts, with a strong hospitality network.
- Familiarity with the NYC or Miami hospitality market is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, competitive, and comfortable with rejection and ambitious sales goals.
- Willingness to spend significant time on the road, walking territories, and conducting face-to-face cold visits.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing an organized sales pipeline.
