The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a client-focused employee benefits professional to join our Employee Benefits team in Meridian, Idaho as a Benefits Account Manager. How you will make an impact at TPG As a Benefits Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted resource for an assigned portfolio of employee benefits clients, helping ensure they receive proactive guidance, responsive service, and effective solutions that support their organizations and employees. You'll coordinate renewal strategy, benefit plan implementation, carrier relationships, and ongoing client service activities that help clients make informed benefits decisions and maximize the value of their programs. By partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to a seamless client experience and support TPG's commitment to delivering exceptional service. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing multiple priorities, delivering high-quality work, and serving as a knowledgeable resource in the employee benefits space. A typical day in this role Manage an assigned book of employee benefits clients Lead annual renewal planning and execution Coordinate benefit plan implementations and service activities Advise clients on benefits programs and compliance matters Prepare client reports, presentations, and communications Partner with carriers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service Key details Title: Benefits Account Manager Location: Meridian, Idaho; in-office with hybrid-remote opportunities Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri Salary Range: $75,000-85,000 annually (DOE) Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time. Travel: Minimal, if any Requirements What you’ll bring to the table 2-5+ years of employee benefits, insurance, or related industry experience Active Life & Health insurance producer license Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong organization, prioritization, and client service skills What will make you really stand out Experience with level funded and self-funded benefit plans strongly preferred Prior experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role within a brokerage environment Familiarity with employee benefits compliance, regulatory considerations, or plan design analysis Experience supporting marketing efforts such as RFP development, renewal strategy, or cost projections Why join The Partners Group?
