Our ReggioABA™ model combines the science of ABA with a child-led, play-based environment designed specifically for young children. Our clinics include outdoor therapy and play areas, expansive spaces, community-based learning opportunities, and regular experiences that bring learning to life.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll serve as a primary clinical leader for your clients and be responsible for:

Clinical Leadership

1. Conduct comprehensive skills assessments and FBAs
2. Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPs
3. Monitor progress and make clinically appropriate treatment adjustments
4. Ensure treatment is implemented with fidelity
5. Maintain ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirements

Supervision & Mentorship

1. Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ABA Implementers, and practicum students
2. Provide ongoing feedback and professional development
3. Support staff in implementing individualized treatment plans

Family & Team Collaboration

1. Build strong partnerships with families and caregivers
2. Participate in regular caregiver collaboration
3. Collaborate daily with BCBAs and in-house SLPs
4. Provide staff training on clinical protocols and behavior plans

Growth & Innovation

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a BCBA who:

1. Holds an active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
2. Holds or is eligible for Missouri LBA licensure
3. Has a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
4. Has experience working with children and families
5. Is organized, collaborative, and clinically driven
6. Values mentorship and continuous learning
7. Believes in compassionate, child-centered care
8. Wants to be hands-on with clients—not behind a laptop all day

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000–$100,000 Salary

Commensurate with experience

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Florissant); $5,000 Sign On Bonus (St. Peter's)
