Medical Director, Hospital Medicine – Lead a Dynamic, Collaborative Team in the Pacific Northwest Local Team Collaboration: Lead a team of 25 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs) Work alongside associate medical directors, clinical performance nurses, program manager & coordinator. Qualifications: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians welcome to apply. Minimum of 2 years formal hospital-based leadership experience required. Flexible Scheduling: This role offers a balanced blend of clinical responsibilities and dedicated administrative time to support both patient care and leadership or program development efforts. 3 clinical shifts a month; admin salary + medical director stipend; Compensation over $385K + incentives Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care Our hospital has a closed ICU during the day with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don’t require procedures or codes. Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership The Community: About 90 miles north of Seattle and 55 miles south of Vancouver, British Columbia .
