Key Responsibilities of the IR RN

• Performing interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, chemoembolization, and stent placement
• Administering and monitoring procedural sedation
• Ensuring infection prevention and managing dysrhythmias
• Utilizing professional knowledge and skills in various special procedures

Requirements of the IR RN

• NY license required - no pending license
• 1+ years of recent experience in interventional radiology
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
