Commercial Lending Assistant

Must be local, onsite role in Kalispell MT. We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Specialist to support our commercial loan team. In this role, you will assist with processing loan applications, preparing disclosures, and ensuring a smooth and accurate lending experience for members. Responsibilities: Prepare and process commercial loan disclosures and closing documents Set up and maintain commercial loan files, input loan data, and book loans Assist Loan Officers with account maintenance, extensions, modifications, and documentation Coordinate appraisals, credit reports, flood certifications, and title insurance Communicate with members regarding loan applications and required information Provide clerical and customer service support to the commercial lending team Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of banking or lending experience required; commercial lending experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel If you enjoy supporting commercial borrowers and thrive in a detail-oriented lending environment, we’d love to hear from you.
