Windchill Technical Lead
Location: West Chester, PA / Remote FTE Only
Job Summary
We are looking for a Windchill Technical Lead with deep hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill PLM to lead technical design, development, customization, and system integrations.
This role will drive the technical direction of Windchill implementations and enhancements while mentoring developers and working closely with business and engineering stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong coding ability, Windchill architecture knowledge, and integration experience across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development activities for PTC Windchill solutions
- Provide hands-on expertise in Windchill customization, configuration, and extensions
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical design documents
- Configure and support Windchill modules such as:
- PDMLink
- ProjectLink
- MPMLink
- Change Management
- Develop and manage custom workflows, lifecycles, and business rules
- Lead integrations between Windchill and:
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
