Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders for accuracy. Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, promptly reporting any issues. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner. Load and unload trucks using manual methods or powered equipment. Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as certified). Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist with labeling, tagging, and stocking products as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and operational goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) with prior warehouse or logistics experience considered a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory and order handling. Effective communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
