Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain reliable data integration and transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Informatica, SSIS, and SQL and a solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica and SSIS.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformations.
Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses and databases.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Troubleshoot ETL failures and optimize data-processing performance.
Work with business analysts, data engineers, and development teams to understand data requirements.
Monitor scheduled ETL jobs and resolve production issues.
Create technical documentation for ETL processes, mappings, and workflows.
Follow data governance, security, and development standards.
Required Skills
2–6 years of experience in ETL/Data Integration development.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica.
Experience with Microsoft SSIS.
Advanced SQL skills.
Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing.
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehouse architecture.
Familiarity with Python or scripting.
Experience with ETL scheduling and monitoring tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
