Electromechanical Assembler
We are seeking skilled electromechanical assemblers to join our team. This role involves assembling electrical components, specifically potentiometers, and performing soldering tasks on small parts under a microscope. Candidates will work with J-Standard assembly practices to ensure high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components such as potentiometers.
- Perform soldering on small parts using a microscope.
- Follow J-Standard assembly practices.
- Read and interpret schematics for accurate assembly.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Experience in electrical assembly.
- Soldering skills, especially with electronic components.
- Ability to work with electronics and soldering tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- J-Standard assembly experience.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods.
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder due to ITAR facility requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
