Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN), you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex, medical needs. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and support positive clinical outcomes. Qualifications:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nurse program
• Required: Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the State of Connecticut
• Preferred: Valid/Current CPR certification -required within three months of employment
• Preferred: Minimum one year LPN experience in a medical/surgical or long-term care setting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

At Hospital for Special Care, we are committed to supporting the health, financial well-being, and professional growth of our team members. The wage range for this position is $26.75 to $40.12.
