Field Service Technician

Job Description

The Field Service Technician will specialize in servicing commission new, used or rebuilt polymer machines and auxiliary equipment at client sites. Providing expert installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services. Working primarily within local travel boundaries, the technician will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and support. This role offers opportunities for advancement to senior technician positions for dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning at client locations
Troubleshoot equipment issues to diagnose faults
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Deliver prompt repair services as needed
Replace faulty or worn parts efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years experience in field service roles
