Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $514.80/hour (including orientation at 1/2 hourly rate)
• Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure/certification travel reimbursements, and other reimbursements where applicable.
• Additional Details: Holiday and overtime pay at 1.5x, conversion rate cap at $25K. Rate negotiated upon application. Travel (flights, lodging, rental/mileage) reimbursed by facility.

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient medical oncology care to adult patients in a community hospital setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 17-20 patients daily with various cancer types and some benign hematology cases.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress using Epic EMR systems.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Support the hospital s level 1 trauma center across the street, providing seamless patient care when needed.
• Maintain compliance with facility guidelines and standards for outpatient oncology services.

What You Need
Required:

• Board-Certified Medical Oncologist
• Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
• 2+ years of outpatient oncology experience
• Proficiency in managing diverse cancer diagnoses and benign hematology

Preferred:

• Experience with Epic EMR
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong communication and patient management skills
