We are not looking for order takers. We are looking for self-driven sales professionals who know how to build relationships, generate their own business, and take ownership of their pipeline from application to closing. Crown Mortgage Company has been serving homeowners since 1975. We are an independent mortgage bank that originates and services loans in-house. When we close a loan, we keep it. That matters — to our clients and to our loan officers. What We’re Looking For A self-starter with a strong sales mindset Someone who actively builds referral relationships (Realtors, attorneys, financial advisors, builders) Comfortable prospecting, asking for business, and earning it NMLS licensed (Illinois and/or Indiana) — or familiar with and actively pursuing the licensing process Professional, accountable, and serious about building a long‑term book of business If you’re waiting for the phone to ring, this is not the position for you.
