We are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our growing insurance agency as a Life Insurance Sales Team Member. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people protect their families, planning for the future, and building long-term client relationships.

What Youll Do
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct needs-based conversations focused on life insurance and financial protection
Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with leads
Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial products
Schedule and conduct policy reviews
Educate customers on coverage options in a simple, approachable way
Follow agency sales processes and customer service standards
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up activity
Work closely with the team to help achieve agency goals

Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing
Experience with customer service, relationship management, or phone sales is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities
Paid training and licensing bonus up to $2,000 if obtained within 30 days.
