About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Cardiac) – South Carolina

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Aiken, South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, night shift, on cardiac unit (5M)

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiac care unit focusing on comprehensive patient assessment and treatment
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient care coordination
• Provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan with focus on growth and development principles
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments including comprehensive review of systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver competent, capable, and compassionate patient care
• Must reside 100 miles or more from facility location

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• NIHSS certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CPI certification required (Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training course)
• BSN highly desired
