Level 3 RN – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:30 PM – 8:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions across all age groups, recognize and prioritize serious situations, and take immediate appropriate action.
• Initiate emergency measures when a physician is not immediately available.
• Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
• Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
• Document patient observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures, and coordinated care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Plan, develop, and implement individualized care delivery plans while coordinating with multidisciplinary team members and maintaining a safe unit environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN License or valid Compact RN License.
• Minimum of 3 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other physical requirements of the role.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment credentialing clearances including background check and drug screen.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 or more years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Experience managing trauma, high-acuity, and multi-system emergency cases.
