Allstate Shawn Smith is looking for a driven and motivated Insurance Agent with Leadership responsibilities to join our growing team in Burlington, NC. Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and close new insurance sales across personal and/or commercial lines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Lead by example in prospecting activities, sales techniques, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Active state insurance license P&C
• Proven track record in insurance sales or a related financial services role
• Prior leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic office technology
• High school diploma required
