Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Profession: RN Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC (18:45 – 07:15) Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: RN (Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA Must-Have: Level 1 trauma experience Experience with GYN, Spine, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Oncological Breast, and Microvascular cases Scrub experience is highly preferred Experience in Ortho with Robotics is highly preferred Description: The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients during surgical procedures. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in the Operating Room. Level 1 trauma experience is required. Experience with GYN, Spine, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Oncological Breast, and Microvascular cases is also necessary. A badge photo is required during credentialing. Travelers may be asked to take 2-3 call shifts in a 6-week period based on call-out needs. Floating to weekends may be required based on unit needs. The Operating Room is open 24/7, with ten active rooms during the day and dedicated trauma room access overnight.
