Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and valid state SLP license required
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, but dedicated new graduates will also be considered
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver both in-person and possible virtual services
• Comfortable working independently and as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement effective IEPs
• Deliver engaging direct therapy and support generalization through indirect services
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of interventions and student progress
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and professional learning opportunities offered by advisory teams
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs, including both in-person and distance learning scenarios
