Sales Representative - Grand Junction, CO - Endoscopy

Stryker seeks a field-based sales representative to promote and sell endoscopy products to healthcare facilities in the Grand Junction area. The role involves educating medical professionals, conducting product evaluations, managing territory accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker endoscopy products within approved indications
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance
• Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
• Manage territory accounts, maintain inventory records, and report progress to regional management
• Resolve customer complaints and support trade shows or clinical meetings as needed

Requirements

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience, medical fields preferred
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Sales Information System
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% annually
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Compensation: $60,000 draw plus commission and bonuses eligible, plus benefits
