Are you customer-focused, organized, and motivated by helping others? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional support to customers and sales professionals while working with teams across the organization.Key Responsibilities

• Process quotes, sales orders, warranties, returns, replacements, and freight claims.
• Provide customers and sales professionals with guidance on processes, terms, and warranties.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Orion products and services.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, and other systems to support sales operations.
• Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Participate in daily WIP meetings, training, and other company meetings.
• Ensure processes are followed, quality standards are met, and orders are processed accurately.
• Demonstrate Orion's core values of Member Centric, Integrity, Respect, Flexibility, and Customer Promise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of data entry experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service, claims, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Electrical industry experience is a plus.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST. Occasional extended hours or overtime may be required with prior approval.
