What You'll Do:
As a Locum OB Hospitalist, you will provide essential obstetric services in a trusted hospital setting, ensuring safe and compassionate care for our patients. Your schedule will include 24-hour shifts, with clinic duties during weekdays and on-call responsibilities during other times, including weekends. Be an integral part of a team committed to excellence and patient well-being in Pendleton, OR.


Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree with valid state medical licensure in Oregon
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric and hospitalist care
• Ability to handle obstetric emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong documentation and time management abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in rural or underserved healthcare settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience preferred
• Previous work in hospital or inpatient obstetric services

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel within Pendleton, OR, for hospital coverage
• Current BLS certification; NRP certification a plus
• Compliance with all relevant licensure, certification, and hospital policies
