Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join the Uniontown Nursing and Rehab team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Fayette County, Pennsylvania!

As a CNA at Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality care to our residents. About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as well as providing emotional support and conversation

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communicate effectively with other team members

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on care to residents, including but not limited to:

    • Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming

    • Helping with mobility and transfers

    • Providing emotional support and conversation

  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

  • Communicate effectively with other team members, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting

  • Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
