HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENCANCE MECHANIC IN DALLAS, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Dallas, Texas This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience working with industrial equipment and tools.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $80,000/annually
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Dallas, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagrams, manuals, and testing equipment
• Inspect, dismantle, and replace defective parts using hand and power tools
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Adjust machinery and control instruments to ensure proper operation
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment as needed
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies and place orders as needed
• Document maintenance activities, equipment issues, and ongoing needs
• Communicate maintenance concerns and provide support to production teams
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following all safety procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in billing, data entry, accounting, transportation, logistics, or administration preferred
• Freight forwarding, supply chain, intermodal, drayage, or ocean container experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and detailed information
• Strong computer skills and basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on resolutions
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a team
• Dependable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
