What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on available records and interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team to ensure integrated care
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates
• Perform regular rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to monitor mental health
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral management
• Consult with psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security personnel to address mental health concerns
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress

What You Need

• Valid Tennessee license or eligibility (board eligible required)
• Experience in psychological assessment and inmate or similar mental health settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of psychological counseling theories and methods
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to mental health crises
