Desk Adjuster - CAT - 1099 CCMS & Associates Dunedin, Florida, United States About this position CCMS & Associates is seeking 1099 Catastrophe Desk Adjusters who are licensed and self-appointed in Florida to join our active roster! We are looking for residential and/or commercial desk adjusters with at least 1 year of first-party property adjusting experience. Qualified candidates must have: Minimum 1 year of first-party residential and/or commercial property adjusting experience Experience with Xactimate and/or Cotality Active Florida adjuster license and self-appointment Working computer with reliable internet access Strong time management and customer service skills Experience reading insurance policies Strong written and verbal communication skills In this role, adjusters will: Handle Florida property insurance claims Obtain recorded statements Recommend reserves through well-supported reports Maintain compliance while managing an active claim caseload Review coverage forms and endorsements Identify potential coverage issues Produce well-documented reports for clients CCMS & Associates provides multi-line claim adjusting and third-party administration services to carriers throughout the United States.
