Seasonal Sales Associate The role of Seasonal Sales Associate at Timberland involves being the face of the brand, engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and contributing to store success. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 0–1 year of relevant experience; customer service or retail experience preferred. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight. Compensation Hiring Range: $17.00 - $24.75 USD per hour.
