About the Role: In this role, you'll provide individualized support, evidence-based treatment, and compassionate guidance to clients navigating substance use and recovery. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while making a meaningful impact in your community. What You'll Do Conduct substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling services as clinically appropriate. Support clients through case management, crisis intervention, and recovery planning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with treatment providers, community partners, and support systems to coordinate care. Facilitate group sessions and educational programming that support recovery goals. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. Deliver high-quality, client-centered services in accordance with best practices, regulatory requirements, and agency standards. We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field; OR High school diploma/equivalent combined with qualifying experience and/or required certifications Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in substance abuse treatment Certification in addiction counseling a plus!

Strong assessment, counseling, and case management abilities Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Commitment to client‑centered, trauma‑informed care Experience working in substance use treatment settings, with an understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence‑based interventions. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Clearances: Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 Clearances FBI Fingerprinting Clearance Verification of no exclusions from Medicaid/Medicare Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted for the requirements specified under Education and Experience What's in it for you?
