We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Responsibilities Oversee the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests. Maintain cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures. Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience. Qualifications 1 year experience in hospitality. CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire). Strong communication skills with members. Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat. High school education is a plus. Customer service is desired with experience in hospitality. Looking for a reliable candidate with excellent inter-personal skills.
