The Morgan Stanley at Work’s end-to-end offering spans Equity, Financial Wellness, Retirement and Deferred Compensation solutions.What you’ll do in the role:Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including technology, UX, marketing, risk, legal & compliance, to develop and launch high-quality experiences that meet the needs of our plan sponsors and participantsIdentify and prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals, and market trendsDevelop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clear, concise, and actionableDefine acceptance criteria and work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are delivered on time and within scopeCollaborate with UI/UX team to develop information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design compsCommunicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basisAnalyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and new featuresSkills Required:A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the financial services industryExperience leading products where the economic buyer is different from the end user (e.g., B2B or B2B2C), with a demonstrated ability to identify and balance the needs of buying stakeholders and end users across the full product lifecycle.Proven track record of delivering successful digital products on time and within scopeExperience working in an Agile development environmentExcellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise mannerAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-makingBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.AssociateExpected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
