Assistant Property Manager

LHH is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our client is a growing real estate investment and property management company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily property operations, inspections, and turnovers.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and repair schedules.
- Serve as a primary contact for tenants, guests, and property owners.
- Support leasing activities, renewals, and rental agreements.
- Manage reservation calendars and list updates for short-term rentals.
- Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate property records.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and guest ready.
- 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- ?? $50,000 -$60,000 depending on experience
