Heartline Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine & Core Faculty Physician for an outstanding academic opportunity in Marion, Indiana. This role combines outpatient Family Medicine with physician education, giving you the opportunity to mentor residents, influence curriculum development, and help shape the future of Family Medicine while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule and exceptional compensation.

Position Overview: This physician will serve as Core Faculty within a Family Medicine Residency Program while maintaining clinical responsibilities. The position includes bedside teaching, outpatient clinic supervision, classroom instruction, resident mentorship, curriculum development, and collaboration with residency leadership to strengthen and expand the educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine patient care
• Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents
• Supervise residents during clinic and bedside encounters
• Participate in classroom education and didactic sessions
• Assist with curriculum development and program improvement
• Collaborate with residency leadership
• Foster an exceptional learning environment
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Compensation: $220,000-$260,000 annually based on experience. Quarterly Incentive Opportunity (10% of Salary). Generous Sign-On Bonus. Annual Commitment Bonus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday. Eight-Hour Workdays. Full-Time Academic Faculty Position.

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Passion for Resident Education and Mentorship
• Strong Family Medicine Clinical Skills
• Interest in Academic Medicine
• Ability to Teach in Bedside, Clinic, and Classroom Settings
• Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
• Collaborative Team-Oriented Practice Style
• Curriculum Development Experience Preferred
• Previous Residency Faculty Experience Preferred
