Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department care for a travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. This role involves delivering critical care in a dynamic ER environment on a 13-week contract. Applicants should be prepared for potential floating as per the facility's policy.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide care in emergency situations involving multiple trauma and injuries
• Perform conscious sedation and participate in intubations
• Conduct behavioral health watch
• Administer treatment for sepsis and stroke (Tpa administration)
• Respond to chest pain (Heart Alerts)

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active TX RN license (temporary licenses are not accepted)
• Must have PALS or ENPC, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2+ years of ER experience
• CEN and Meditech experience preferred
