Prime Coater Operator- Second Shift

Role Overview Prime Coater Operator (Machine Operator I) is responsible for operating the Prime Coater machine. Duties include but are not limited to: Responsibilities Setting up the coater Measuring painting parameters (wet film thickness, viscosity, temperature, roll speeds) Adjusting the coater following direction from QC Lab Tech Performing roll changes Cleaning painting equipment Moving paint drums in and out of the coater room Measuring and documenting paint usage information Entering data into Oracle Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (GED) One year of manufacturing experience Knowledge of basic hand and power tools Preferred: 6+ months operating mobile equipment in a manufacturing environment Skills & Competencies Basic computer skills Time management – prioritizing work to meet internal and/or external customer demands Detail oriented – ensures accuracy of product and documentation to meet internal and/or external customer demands Good communication skills Mobile equipment operations skills Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Short and long term disability Paid time off Retirement plan EEO Statement Employer/M/F/Disabled/Protected Veteran.
