Grastones Precast Solutions is hiring an experienced Concrete Repair Foreman to lead traveling commercial precast repair crews. This is a hands-on field position. The Foreman must be able to supervise the crew while also performing concrete repairs and assisting with production when needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews performing architectural concrete patching, precast repairs, caulking, grinding, surface preparation, and related restoration work.

• Assign daily tasks and maintain crew productivity.

• Inspect repairs and ensure high-quality color, texture, finish, joint appearance, and jobsite cleanliness.

• Prevent damage and staining around repair areas.

• Identify defective work and make sure corrections are completed promptly.

• Track employee hours, daily production, materials, and completed repair locations.

• Submit clear daily reports, progress updates, and before-and-after photos.

• Coordinate tools, materials, equipment, lifts, scaffolding, and jobsite access.

• Communicate professionally with company management, superintendents, and client representatives.

• Enforce company safety requirements and proper use of PPE.

• Travel to projects in Ohio, Texas, Kentucky, Georgia, and other states as required.

Requirements

• Experience with architectural concrete repair, precast patching, caulking, restoration, or similar commercial construction work.

• Previous experience leading a construction crew.

• Ability to perform repairs personally and train less-experienced employees.

• Strong attention to finish quality and detail.

• Ability to organize workers, materials, tools, and daily priorities.

• Ability to use smartphones for reports, time tracking, communication, and jobsite photos.

• Comfortable working from aerial lifts, scaffolds, swing stages, and elevated areas.

• Availability for frequent travel and extended stays away from home.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Dependable, professional, safety-conscious, and able to communicate problems immediately.

Compensation

• $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability.

• Company-paid lodging for approved traveling projects.

• Daily meal per diem for eligible traveling assignments.

• Opportunity to advance into regional field leadership or superintendent responsibilities.
