Assistant Controller

UNITY has partnered with global energy services client to identify an experienced Assistant Controller who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys improving processes, partnering with operations, and helping build a world-class finance organization. What You'll Do: Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and technical accounting analyses Oversee inventory, cost accounting, manufacturing variances, and standard costing Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to improve profitability and inventory accuracy Support external audits, tax reporting, cash management, and treasury activities Help strengthen internal controls and contribute to public company readiness initiatives Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP reporting enhancements What We're Looking For: 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge Manufacturing, inventory, and cost accounting experience NetSuite ERP experience CPA preferred Oil & Gas, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products experience is a plus This is an outstanding opportunity to join an innovative, growth-oriented company where you'll have meaningful exposure across the business and the ability to make a measurable impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
