Bellevue, WA Part-Time Hours Available $21–$23/hour Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs with experience caring for seniors to join our team. What We Offer Competitive pay: $21–$23/hour Part-time and full-time opportunities 4hour shifts-12 hour shifts may be available Flexible scheduling Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off & sick leave Free continuing education and training Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and daily activities Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Assist clients with appointments, walks, and outings Report changes or unusual incidents to the appropriate parties Respond responsibly in emergency situations Requirements Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification , or proof of completion/current enrollment in an approved training program Reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English U.S. work authorization required Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate Strong communication and time‑management skills Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties Generally 12–20 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs and availability.
