RedTown Technical Services, LLC seeks a Weather Forecaster/Observer to support operations at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. In this role, you’ll monitor, analyze, and interpret meteorological data, perform routine and special observations, and deliver clear, actionable forecasts to mission-critical stakeholders. You’ll operate and help maintain weather sensing and data systems, working closely with IT staff to ensure reliable data flow and visualization. This on-site position requires strong analytical skills, precise documentation, and comfort working in a secure, structured environment with rotating or shift-based coverage.
