Production Supervisor (4th shift Friday - Sunday, 5:00PM-5:00AM)

Full-time Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Norman, Oklahoma. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards in our production facility. Lead and manage a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve issues Train and mentor team members on best practices and new production techniques Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate materials for production Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality, and efficiency to upper management Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment MUST be able to work 4th shift Friday-Sunday, hours are 5:00PM-5:00AM Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams Proficiency in production management software and quality control systems Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in manufacturing settings Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics and production data Six Sigma certification is preferred Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing is preferred.
