Medicare Customer Service Representative

Providing critical support in a remote capacity, the full-time Medicare Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries from medical providers regarding Medicare topics, educate customers on coverage and claims, and navigate multiple systems to resolve issues effectively. Key responsibilities Respond to provider inquiries related to Medicare Part A and B, ensuring accurate information is provided Educate customers on Medicare regulations and assist with claim submissions using CMS guidelines Maintain knowledge of Medicare processing systems and assist in meeting performance metrics and quality standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED or equivalent 1 or more years of customer service experience in health insurance or Medicare Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software Strong understanding of Medicare Part A and/or Part B program guidelines
