Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Severe Behavior

What You’ll Get When Working With Us: Daily support and mentorship Robust paid training and onboarding Unmatched workplace culture with talented, like‑minded colleagues Comprehensive employee benefits package including health, dental, HSA, 401k match, PTO, paid holidays, and wellness resources for full‑time employees (30+ hours) Professional growth opportunities; career advancement and relocation possibilities In This Role You Will: Provide exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders using an ABA‑based therapy; work 2:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under BCBA supervision Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self‑help skills in individual or small group settings Collect data to monitor progress of the children we support Provide regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the BlueSprig clinical team Maintain appropriate social distancing and safety practices, both on and off the job; PPE and communication tools are provided Experience working in crisis situations such as severe aggression, self‑injurious behavior, and property destruction Communicate clearly and effectively—both orally and in writing—with clients, families, and colleagues Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge Role Details: Availability: All day, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM Pay: $24.50 to $26.50 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT Once you have completed training but before completing RBT certification, you will receive $21 for each billable client hour worked. For all BT training and administrative time, you will receive $17 for each non‑billable hour worked. Background Check: For the safety and security of our clients, this position requires a background check. The check may include, but is not limited to, criminal history and driving record, and will be conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
