Deli Associate

Description A Deli Associate assists guests in choosing products and portion sizes, sharing knowledge about the ingredients and preparation of products at the deli counter. Assists guests with product selection and slices, weighs, labels and packages products as requested Preparing sandwiches, salads, side dishes and dinner items for take out Merchandises displays attractively and rotates products per quality and to First In First Out (FIFO) standards Maintains a clean and sanitary work area that meets Department of Health standards Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications Basic knife skills Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Requirements Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including weekends Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting #J-18808-Ljbffr
