- You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the IDENTITY MANAGEMENT DIVISION, JOINT MISSION OPERATIONS CENTER at U.S. FLEET CYBER COMMAND.
- You will serve as the Identity Data Management (IDM) subject matter expert and will plan, analyze, resource and lead oversight actions of IDM cyber sensitive resources for cyber operational support actions.
- You will serve as the IDM cyber support planner to various cyber support teams assigned to Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-C) (Navy) along with other Cyber Mission Forces and Service Components.
- You will conduct independent actions and advise senior leadership while making substantive contributions to the definition/implementation of cyber portfolios both near-term and long-range.
- You will conduct identity management planning activities and initiatives to ensure available resources are developed and optimally allocated to support theater operations, based on priorities given from IDM leadership.
- You will manage and oversee highly sensitive IDM related data and metrics related to cyber resources, their use, associated costs, and assess their risk of use through deconfliction and proactive management.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- Must successfully complete the requisite Identity Data Management (IDM) courses as directed by the USCYBERCOM Identity Data Management Office within the timeline prescribed after appointment to this position.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 332, proficiency level ADVANCED the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You must successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
