Associate Attorney

About the Company A growing firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its collaborative team. The firm handles sophisticated, high stakes matters for established clients and offers attorneys meaningful hands on experience from the outset. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings Conduct legal research and help develop litigation strategy Handle written discovery, depositions, and other phases of discovery Prepare witnesses and clients for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial Attend court appearances and settlement conferences Analyze risk, evaluate claims, and provide practical recommendations to clients Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas Qualifications Active California Bar license required 2+ years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions Courtroom, arbitration, or mediation experience is a plus Desire to build a long term litigation practice Teachable, collaborative, and motivated approach Pay range and compensation package Base salary Range $130,000-$200,000, (DOE) 401(k) with profit sharing Medical coverage Unlimited PTO for attorneys (within reason) Discretionary bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
