Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store (SiS) are integral members of the Retail Team. They bring the T‑Mobile brand to life within national sales partner locations, engaging customers in a high‑traffic environment and driving sales through consultative, solution‑based interaction. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with customers, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services. Leverage self‑serve digital tools during onboarding, helping customers set up and use the T‑Mobile app. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wireless solutions, ensuring a personalized experience. Complete training on the in‑store experience, call center skills, and product updates. Stay Customer‑Ready by reviewing promotions, performance data, and updates on the Hub. Partner with nearby store locations to perform onboarding activities, including key management of kiosk assets and reporting of any lost keys. Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction, exceeding customer expectations. Scout new customers, follow up, capture referrals, and manage back‑store processes. Perform price overrides for specialty offers related to national retail. Collaborate with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required). At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail. Age 18 or older, legally authorized to work in the United States. Strong coaching, communication, and consultative selling skills. Excellent customer education, engagement, and satisfaction management abilities. Leadership and relationship‑building capabilities. Product knowledge and sales prospecting skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, high‑traffic environment. Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay: $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, eligible for hourly training pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert role with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary). Guaranteed earnings of $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligibility for an annual stock grant as an employee-owner.
