This role provides hands-on pharmacy services in a modern healthcare setting serving U.S. Veterans.Work LocationsOrlando VA Medical Center 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827Lake Baldwin VA Clinic 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803Viera VA Clinic 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, FL 32940Daytona VA Clinic 1776 N Williamson Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32117Travel between sites may be required.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and fill prescriptions using pharmacy systems and automationSupport inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operationsMaintain inventory and ensure proper medication storageEnter and manage patient prescription dataTroubleshoot pharmacy equipment and escalate issues as neededQualifications & RequirementsActive certification: CPhT (PTCB) or ExCPT (NHA)1–2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience in a hospital or healthcare settingWorking knowledge of pharmacy systems, medications, and proceduresMust pass VA credentialing, background screening, and onboarding requirementsMust not appear on the OIG exclusion listAbility to work across multiple locations as needed.At SHR, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
